As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and selling and introducing graphics & logos within your territory. This position will currently be national but strongly focused on Texas, California, Florida, East Coast, and Northwest territories.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales growth and strategic objectives in assigned geography and/or accounts
  • Cultivating and maintaining business relationships with organizations/dealers
  • Research, suggest and assist in expanding the current customer base
  • Proactively managing customers’ satisfaction, successfully selling and coordinating the installation of fitGear Solutions products and services
  • Responsible for maintaining all account data within the company CRM and managing accounts through the CRM to report account progress to your supervisor
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from daily activity
  • Complete and submit daily activity reports in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, services, competitors, and company-wide marketing plans, strategies, programs, and promotions
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects’ challenges and fitGear Solutions offering to those challenges
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings virtually
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned
  • Adding to the company's Instagram and Facebook account posts
  • Searching and responding to customer and prospects’ IG and FB accounts

What to Expect

  • Meeting with customers virtually to educate them and sell their product or service
  • Building and nurturing ongoing relationships with current customers by meeting them regularly in the field
  • Providing hands-on demonstrations or tutorials of products
  • Making phone calls or conducting video conferences with customers
  • Renewing or negotiating contract terms with current or previous customers
  • Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule
  • Setting and meeting sales quotas every month
  • Attending webinars and online workshops to present the product or service to potential customers and/or learn about our potential customer’s needs through their presentations.
  • Work independently from their remote office
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet with clients when it's most convenient for them
  • Receive little supervision throughout the workweek
  • Usually, sell more complex products or services to higher-level employees
