Returns or Damages Policy
You may return most new, unopened items that are not custom made/produced, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Damages - Custom graphics and logos must be returned if damaged within 30 days of receipt or you may not claim damages. You, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs regardless of the reason for return.
If graphics or logos are received and it is determined they are damaged, notify our customer service immediately by emailing us at: info@fitgearsolutions.com , include images of the damaged product, with close up images and full size images of the entire graphic or logo. If there is apparent damage to the packaging, please share images of the damaged packaging.
NOTE: if the packaging is visibly damaged, you should refuse the receipt of the package so it can be easily claimed by our logistics department and the carrier.
If you have an authorized return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. You must provide images of the item you wish to return, before and after packaging for shipping.
Cancellation
Custom orders are non-cancellable. We are working with our current market conditions to provide service to all of our customers in the most efficient and timely way. Due to current market conditions, some lead times are extended, and are may extend our lead time and delivery time of your product. Our vendors and raw material providers are dealing with the same challenges and have presented lead times that are beyond our control in some cases. Please be aware that our projected lead times for production and delivery may be extended due to these circumstances.
Cancellation Fee
If for any reason an order is canceled, a 30% cancellation fee will be due and the credit card fee of 3.5% for the original transaction and the return transaction will be added. This amount will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Finance Charges
If for any reason an order is canceled, the finance charges fitGear Solutions are charged will be deducted from your refunded amount as well as the cancellation fee noted above.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
